November 2023's Mindfulness Monday: Fostering Connection in Our Hyper-Digital World
Amid
the hectic juggle of late Fall, I offer this session to help us examine
how we can bring more mindful balance to our relationship with our many
screens. We will meet Monday, November 20, 2023, 7 PM-8 PM ET in the Zoom Room.
I will offer some guidance rooted in foundational practices to
help cultivate inner calm and connection, and build upon the group's
experiences to share how we can weave opportunities for connection
into our busy days. There will be a short talk, a guided meditation, and
time for reflection and Q&A. Trauma-sensitive guidance is offered
throughout. Drop-in classes support beginners to meditation and also
those looking to deepen their practice—ALL are welcome! Register here

This
class is offered in the Buddhist dana tradition. $10 USD is suggested as
the exchange for my energy, skill, and time (Venmo @alyssahchase or
email to arrange), or you may give whatever feels supportive to you, and
no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
